Nominate a Small Business of the Week
How Does the Small Business of the Week Program Work?
- Each week a different member is featured as the "Small Business of the week."
- They are highlighted on KLWN/The Lazer by Hank Booth, Monday through Friday, on his morning show.
- Englewood Florist sends the business a flower arrangement to recognize this accomplishment.
- The business is featured on Chamber Web site.
- Featured businesses are listed in the NEWSletter on a quarterly basis.
Who is Considered a Small Business?
- Business with 25 or fewer employees
- Active Chamber member for at least one year
- If a nomination was not selected, that business will be considered for future "Small Business of the Week."
Why Would I Nominate a Small Business?
A few examples would include:
- Outstanding service
- Good experience with the business
- Act of kindness by employees/owners/business
- Commitment to the Chamber or the community
